Performance Contracting Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced

Corporate Recruiter

to join our national recruitment team. This role based out of

Lenexa, KS

will work closely with operational stakeholders nationwide to provide exceptional full‑cycle recruitment support through fulfillment of specialized construction management roles and ongoing talent pipelining efforts.

This position reports to an office worksite location during the work week. This is a salaried, permanent role with full benefits; compensation package does not include a commission structure.

This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Engage in robust, proactive, full‑cycle recruiting for PCG and its subsidiaries.

Conduct daily sourcing activities to build the candidate pipeline of skilled estimators, project managers, superintendents, safety executives and other tenured professionals in the construction management industry.

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with PCG employees, vendors, community organizations and other team members to generate and screen referral candidates.

Pre‑screen candidates to determine skills, fit, and alignment with roles; collaborate with hiring managers to identify best‑qualified candidates.

Manage the scheduling and logistics of in‑person and virtual interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Preserve hiring data integrity by successfully managing multiple requisitions simultaneously, including timely updates to candidates’ status.

Maintain accurate and well‑ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager’s interactions, and other recruiting activities.

Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state‑of‑the‑art recruiting practices.

Basic Requirements

At least 4 years of experience in recruiting

Demonstrated experience with high‑volume sourcing for experienced candidates

Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or related discipline (or equivalent experience)

Ability to travel up to 15% annually

Experience tracking candidate pipelines within an ATS

Familiarity with various sourcing tools and methods

Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad range of positions

Demonstrated ability to function/recruit on a national, multi‑location level

Comfortability communicating across various time zones

Must be able to manage multiple responsibilities while being extremely adaptable and flexible

Excellent writing and oral communication skills

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately

Possess strong initiative and ability to independently implement sound judgment

Displays excellent customer service skills and professionalism

Exhibits impressive organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and general technical aptitude

Salary Range : $59,500-$80,000 annual salary plus non‑guaranteed annualized bonus program.

Preferred Requirements

Experience recruiting for a construction company, staffing firm, or within the AEC industry

Experience recruiting for a specialty contractor in the construction industry preferred

Knowledge of OFCCP and EEOC hiring policies and regulations preferred

Local to Kansas City metro
