Donatos is seeking a detail-oriented Benefits / Total Rewards Specialist to support the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs across our multi-location restaurant organization.

Responsibilities
Administer medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement benefit programs
Coordinate annual open enrollment, including communications and system updates
Serve as primary contact for employee benefit inquiries
Process benefit elections, life events, and qualifying status changes
Ensure compliance with ACA, COBRA, ERISA, and FMLA requirements
Maintain accurate HRIS data and generate regular reports
Support compensation reporting and pay-related data analysis
Assist with vendor communication and benefit issue resolution
Qualifications
2–5+ years of experience in benefits or total rewards administration
Strong working knowledge of ACA and benefits compliance
Experience with HRIS systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data review, reporting, lookups)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage recurring processes independently
Experience in hospitality or multi-location environments preferred
