Position Summary MIT Lincoln Laboratory is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Talent Pipeline Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is crucial in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our internship and cooperative (co‑op) programs. You will also be responsible for nurturing and managing relationships with key university partners to ensure a strong pipeline of early‑career candidates.
Recruitment of Interns and Co‑ops
Lead the full‑cycle recruitment process for all student positions, including internship, co‑op and student technical assistant positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to extending offers.
Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of high‑potential students and recent graduates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate profiles and selection criteria.
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, acting as the primary point of contact for applicants.
Campus Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with career services, faculty, and student organizations at key partner universities.
Develop and execute campus engagement strategies, including on‑campus recruitment events, career fairs, info sessions, and networking opportunities.
Serve as a liaison between MIT Lincoln Laboratory and university partners, ensuring that our organization is a top employer of choice for early‑career talent.
Work with the Talent Pipeline Manager to track and analyze campus recruitment metrics to optimize strategies and report on the success of campus initiatives.
Coordinate the logistics and shipment of recruiting materials and event assets to campus and external recruiting events, ensuring timely delivery and return of materials.
Program Development and Coordination
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance the structure and content of the internship and co‑op programs, ensuring a valuable experience for participants.
Coordinate activities tailored to interns and co‑ops, fostering a supportive and engaging environment.
Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Employer Branding
Work with the external communications teams to create and distribute content that promotes MIT Lincoln Laboratory as an employer of choice for early‑career professionals.
Coordinate with the external communications office on relevant social media campaigns and other communications aimed at increasing visibility and engagement with students and recent graduates.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
1‑3 years of experience in talent acquisition, campus recruiting, or a related field. Experience with STEM recruitment is a plus.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast‑paced environment.
A proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for attracting top talent and building strong campus partnerships.
Familiarity with campus recruitment trends and best practices.

Hiring Range: $63,800 - $84,500
