Requirement / Must Have
Minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience.
Strong phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
Strong data entry and keyboarding skills.
Ability to provide accurate, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call as needed.
Experience
One plus years of phlebotomy experience preferred.
Experience in customer service within a retail or service environment preferred.
Experience performing forensic and clinical specimen collection preferred.
Experience maintaining documentation and records in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities
Draw quality blood samples from patients following established procedures.
Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing.
Ensure accurate labeling and handling of specimens.
Maintain required records and documentation.
Perform daily tasks accurately and within established timelines.
Maintain a safe and professional work environment.
Explain procedures clearly to patients and build trust and confidence.
Demonstrate leadership behaviors and promote a positive organizational image.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of patient information.
Support compliance with established quality and operational standards.
Should Have
Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
Phlebotomy certification preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
