Key Responsibilities
Establish and build customer relationships with clients.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
Maintain knowledge of products and services.
Assist in material selections by walking with homeowners, builders, designers, and fabricators alike.
Data entry.
Make follow-up phone calls to insure material selections/sales.
Strong organizational, time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Retail sales experience.
Excellent written and oral communication.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational, time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple tasks.
