Real Estate Partner
to join its Tampa office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney to lead a growing real estate practice, advise sophisticated clients, and potentially bring a book of business.
What You’ll Do
Advise clients on complex commercial and residential real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development
Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, loan documents, joint venture agreements, and other real estate-related contracts
Structure and manage real estate deals, including partnerships, joint ventures, and investment funds
Provide strategic guidance on zoning, land use, and regulatory compliance matters
Manage client relationships and develop new business opportunities
Mentor junior attorneys and oversee real estate-related work within the firm
Stay current on market trends, statutes, and regulatory changes affecting real estate transactions
What We’re Looking For
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active Florida Bar license in good standing
Significant experience in commercial real estate transactions and finance
Strong drafting, analytical, and client advisory skills
Track record of managing high-value transactions and leading deals from start to finish
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to bring in and grow client relationships (book of business preferred)
