Position Overview Reporting to Marks’ President, this Propelis SVP‑level job (Chief Digital Innovation, Strategy & Content Officer at Marks) plays two critical roles: leading the evolution of the Marks global business through innovation and product development centered on AI automation, and actively leading global Digital Strategy, Digital Services and the Marks Content Solutions Practice.
Technological Leadership The successful candidate will be the hands‑on driver of Marks technology strategy, setting the direction for tools and processes and partnering with the engineering development team at 5Flow (Propelis’ Technology Company), as well as Adobe, AWS and other third‑party partners with whom we are actively building solutions.
Practice Areas
Digital Services Team : a matrixed SME team that provides strategic, creative and content production guidance to all Marks CS and Creatives teams, delivering fast‑growing e‑COM and social activation services worldwide.
Global Content Solutions : an inter‑connected team that includes 10 photo studios, 150 CGI and visualization artists, and retouchers.
Engineering & Structural Design & Global Digital Strategy : a combined function focused on building and scaling technological solutions across the organization.
Requirements
Strategic & digitally minded agency executive, possibly having run an agency or been a meaningful contributor to the leadership team.
Technologically grounded, knowledgeable and curious about how AI will transform the agency landscape.
Very hands‑on with the tools agencies use today, immersed in digital innovation, and with a background in CS, Strategy or general management.
Interested in the space Marks occupies in the marketing ecosystem—an agency with DNA in brand design that is expanding rapidly in scaled digital content, creative campaigns, and branded environments/experiential marketing for high‑profile clients.

Compensation and Benefits U.S. pay range: $220,000 – $280,000 USD annually. Pay is determined by location, experience and other job‑related factors.
Group benefits include health‑care plans with prescription drug coverage, dental plan, vision plan, basic and supplemental life insurance, a flexible spending account for medical and dependent care expenses or a health‑savings account, short/long‑term disability and a 401(k) Savings Plan.
