We are seeking an Insurance Agent to support the growth of the High Net Worth client focused disability and life insurance business. This role is designed for an early-in-career insurance professional who is seeking an entrepreneurial role within an established organization that will provide a steady lead stream and a path to career growth. We are seeking a motivated individual who has a track record of success with outbound sales to convert leads into client relationships. You will own outreach, conversations, applications, and policies in force, with support from senior producers and case management. Success is measured by policies placed and client outcomes not by policy size. This role emphasizes a client educational, advice first approach. Compensation

is a combination of salary and commission and is structured so producers are not paid differently based on policy size or structure, reinforcing trust and alignment with clients. Location:

This is a remote position, however, requires Pacific Time work hours. Responsibilities:

Spend approximately 70–80 percent of your time on outbound calling, follow ups, and referral driven outreach to physicians and medical professionals. Handle inbound disability and life insurance inquiries and referrals, qualify opportunities, and move them through the application and underwriting process. Own your policies from first conversation through placement and in force status serving as a client advocate throughout. Work closely with senior producers on case design and complex scenarios. Learn and apply occupation disability insurance concepts, riders, and underwriting strategies, and develop fluency across major disability and life insurance carriers. Maintain accurate and timely pipeline tracking, task management, and documentation in the CRM. Requirements:

Active insurance license 2 to 4 years’ experience in insurance sales or support roles, ideally disability and/or life insurance Comfortable with high volume outbound calling and direct client conversations Strong written and verbal communication skills Organized, responsive, and process oriented Motivated by performance-based compensation and growth
