Job Description And Duties Are you interested in working in a fast‑paced environment surrounded by enthusiastic and self‑motivated people? If so, then look no further! Human Resources is looking for motivated, inspired, engaged, dynamic, and creative leaders who will do things differently, tackle hard problems, and innovate new solutions.
In this position you will help develop emerging and established leaders at State Fund. You will play a key role in designing, customizing and facilitating various workshops for leaders in the organization. You'll also assist with several other high‑profile leadership development initiatives. This is a job for an experienced facilitator who is not afraid to embrace change, will never make excuses, and is up for whatever challenges may come our way.

Special Requirements Effective July 1, 2025, the State of California implemented the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) which reduces an employee’s monthly salary in exchange for leave credits. Employees appointed to this classification will have their monthly salary reduced and will accrue hours of PLP 2025 on the first day of each pay period in accordance with the applicable bargaining contract.
