LHH is partnering with a construction and building services organization seeking a Commercial Sales & Pricing Analyst to support revenue visibility, pricing analysis, and commercial process alignment across multiple markets. This role works cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Finance to strengthen forecasting discipline, improve pricing decision-making, and enhance overall commercial clarity. Key Responsibilities

Maintain forward-looking revenue forecasts across active projects and customer commitments. Monitor and reconcile commercial backlog to ensure alignment between awarded work, scheduling, and projected revenue. Build and maintain pricing models to evaluate margin impact, contract changes, and pricing adjustments. Conduct variance analysis between projected and actual performance, identifying key drivers and communicating findings to leadership. Partner with Sales to support structured pricing reviews and improve consistency in commercial decision-making. Collaborate with Operations to improve data accuracy related to project timing and execution. Support system and reporting enhancements tied to workflow standardization and scalability. Prepare clear, executive-ready reporting that highlights revenue trends, margin performance, and potential risk areas. Qualifications

5+ years of experience in revenue analysis, pricing analysis, commercial operations, or project-based business environments. Experience evaluating revenue timing and gross margin impact in construction, manufacturing, distribution, or similar industries. Demonstrated ability to perform forecast variance analysis and communicate insights across departments. Advanced Excel skills required; familiarity with ERP systems and reporting tools preferred. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to operate independently and collaborate across functional teams. Schedule:

Monday–Friday 8am-5pm, onsite Orlando Salary Range:

$85,000 – $120,000 annually, based on experience Benefits:
