As an Assistant Property Manager, you will support the day-to-day operations of a condominium portfolio in New York City, ensuring smooth lease administration, resident satisfaction, and compliance with company standards.
This is a full‑time, on‑site position based out of Bronx location.

Description As an Assistant Property Manager, you will support the day-to-day operations of a condominium portfolio in New York City, ensuring smooth lease administration, resident satisfaction, and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Tenant Support: Respond to tenant questions, complaints, and service requests.
Maintenance Coordination: Schedule repairs, inspections, and cleaning services.
Rent & Payments: Assist with maintenance collection and track payment records.
Administration: Keep property files, contracts, and compliance documents organized.
Team Support: Work closely with senior property managers and contractors.
Property Checks: Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety and upkeep.
Attend monthly board meetings as required.
Skills & Qualities
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic knowledge of property operations and building systems
Organized and detail‑oriented
Ability to multitask and solve problems quickly
