As a Personal Banker, you will strengthen customer relationships with a defined sales process, engaging customers in sales conversations to identify appropriate financial solutions. This position, within PNC's Retail Branch Banking Network, is based in Mexia, Texas at the Mexia branch.

Job Description

Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing, collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow customer share, and positioning PNC solutions to drive new revenue and loyalty.

Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions with a defined sales process, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement, ultimately elevating client loyalty.

Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, performing lobby engagement to connect with customers and position PNC products that meet their needs, and educating customers on managing financial transactions with technology, tools, and resources.

Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive loyalty.

Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits, and participating in daily branch operations with efficiency and accuracy.

Work Experience Roles at this level typically require an Associates or equivalent degree, related experience, or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. Typically requires 3+ years of experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
