What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Prepare transfer pricing reports and conduct business valuations for tax, financial reporting, and strategic purposes
Respond to client inquiries and requests from tax authorities, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders
Perform highly technical analyses in valuing business enterprises and their securities, utilizing various financial frameworks
Draft and assist in the preparation of memos and reports, ensuring compliance with country-specific tax and transfer pricing regulations
Conduct benchmarking, financial statement analysis, and economic analysis of companies, markets, and industries
What is Required (Qualifications)
Master’s and/or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
Minimum of four years of financial analyst-related experience
Strong grasp of quantitative disciplines such as math, economics, accounting, or finance
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience with research databases such as CapitalIQ and familiarity with Access and Power BI is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Knowledge of creating VB macros in MS Excel, MS Word, or MS Access
Experience with advanced financial analysis techniques and methodologies
