About the Role
JFA Realty is a modern hybrid brokerage looking for Real Estate Sales Associates who want a structured launch plan, structured launch plan, and consistent coaching. This is an in‑person role designed for motivated, coachable agents who want to build a long‑term career in real estate with a professional support system.
What You’ll Do Generate and follow up with leads using guided prospecting systems. Consult buyers and sellers through the full transaction process. Schedule and conduct showings, listing appointments, and open houses. Prepare offers, negotiate terms, and manage deadlines through closing. Maintain accurate pipeline activity and follow‑up inside the CRM. Attend training sessions, workshops, and weekly coaching/accountability meetings.
Requirements Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License Strong communication and follow‑up skills. Coachable mindset, consistency, and goal orientation. Comfortable working in person and collaborating in a team environment. Bilinguals are strongly encouraged.
Training, Mentorship & Support The Agent Lab (in‑house training): production‑focused fundamentals, workshops, business planning, and marketing guidance. 1‑on‑1 guidance + weekly coaching: accountability, lead‑gen strategies, confidence building, and transaction guidance. Operational support to help you stay organized and execute at a high level.
Tools & Technology (Provided) CRM + dialing and follow‑up tools (as applicable) Microsoft 365 + SharePoint (as applicable) Communication and transaction workflow tools (as applicable)
Compensation Commission‑based (real estate sales). Expected first‑year earnings: $50,000–$125,000+, based on production and consistency. Agents typically increase earnings significantly after year one through coaching, additional divisions, revenue share, and investment opportunities.
