An exceptional opportunity awaits a dynamic professional in the role of Mortgage Recruiter at Layton Mortgage. Amazing opportunity for Wholesale Account Executives to use your experience with being an AE in this new role to recruit and support MLOs and BMs for Layton Mortgage. You will be able to make overrides on every loan that an MLO or entire Branch funds regardless of the lender they use, thus making your income opportunity grow 10 X what it would be as an AE for a wholesale lender. Additionally and very exciting- our company model is a recruiting 3 level downline model where you will get paid overrides on all the MLOs that your recruits refer to join the company and anyone they recruit 3 levels down – truly giving you the opportunity to 10 X the income you would make as a traditional AE for a wholesale lender- this is an exceptional opportunity. This role is pivotal in assisting mortgage loan officers and branch managers to improve their career opportunities with an exceptional mortgage company that has the most dynamic model in the industry. We also have a pathway back for MLOs trying to re-enter the industry during challenging market conditions, offering an opportunity to not only get paid on their originations but also on anyone the refer to join us 3 level down for them to quickly achieve a six figure and eventually a seven-figure income Layton Mortgage has a very attractive and powerful value proposition which makes this career opportunity even more exciting! We are currently licensed in 21 states and growing. Key Responsibilities

Conduct proactive outbound sales calls to Loan Officers and Branch Managers, leveraging various industry sources and our comprehensive Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) leads list. Spend most of the time engaging with potential candidates through phone calls, LinkedIn, Email, Text Messages, etc., to discuss opportunities, schedule interviews, and coordinate with our Recruiting Team for further courtship engagement. Identify potential Loan Officers by evaluating resumes, online profiles, and direct communication, representing Layton Mortgage's interests and values. Collaborate with CEO, COO, Sales Leaders, Marketing, and Human Resources to effectively attract, identify, and onboard Loan Officers and Branch Managers. Achieve minimum targets for qualified follow-up calls and interactions with hiring managers. Administrative—onboarding and training, support role. Learn platform, CRM, know our lenders and products and our organizational structure so you can support all the MLO’s and Branches that are under your purview. What We Offer

Achieve a 6-figure income quickly and have a clear and defined pathway to a 7-figure income within 36 months (about 3 years) via our roadmap designed for you. Earn an average of $450 per loan funded by your recruits. Benefit from a three-level downline, ensuring compensation from loans funded by your recruits, their recruits, and so on, up to three levels down This will be a REMOTE position. Commission pay only.
