The Commercial Partnership Solutions (CPS) team at TikTok creates scalable sponsorship programs that sit at the intersection of culture, community, and commerce. From third‑party publisher integrations to first‑party TikTok‑branded tentpoles, we bring sponsorships to life through platform‑first media and immersive experiential activations. We are data‑driven connectors who work to accelerate revenue by packaging TikTok’s most valuable moments into premium programs — and by demonstrating their value through measurement, insights, and data storytelling. We’re looking for an Analyst to join the CPS team and bring rigor, insight, and narrative clarity to how we measure, report, and communicate CPS’s impact. Responsibilities

Develop marketing data stories that showcase CPS’s impact across key moments, packages, and franchises enabling internal and external partners to understand CPS’s value proposition. Lead the design and implementation of measurement frameworks for CPS programs, aligning KPIs across sales, marketing, and analytics teams. Build QBR‑ready dashboards, visuals, and reports that demonstrate CPS contributions to revenue, advertiser success, and pipeline growth. Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Creative Ops, and Data Science to centralize and standardize measurement tracking across all CPS initiatives. Translate complex performance data into client‑ready insights for renewals, upsells, and business reviews. Identify opportunities to improve data processes, automate reporting, and deliver real‑time visibility into sponsorship performance. Act as a trusted partner to GTM teams, ensuring data storytelling is consistently applied across pitches, recaps, and marketing collateral. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, or business intelligence (preferably in media, advertising, or technology). Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and craft compelling narratives for executive and client audiences. Proficiency in Excel. Strong understanding of digital media KPIs (CPM, CTR, brand lift, reach/frequency) and campaign measurement methodologies. Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills – ability to simplify complex data into clear recommendations. Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments. Preferred Qualifications

Experience building measurement frameworks and defining success metrics for sponsorship or media programs. Familiarity with campaign attribution, brand lift studies, and post‑campaign analysis. Experience creating self‑serve dashboards and reporting templates to enable cross‑functional partners. Strong deck‑building and data visualization skills for internal and external storytelling. Ability to influence decision‑making through insight, driving both internal strategy and client confidence.
