We’re hiring a
Floating Leasing Professional
to support multiple apartment communities across Middle Tennessee. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, sales, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED
Leasing experience preferred; strong sales/customer service required
Flexible schedule; Saturdays as needed
Willingness to travel between properties
Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
Bilingual a plus
Entrata and social media experience preferred
Able to walk properties, climb stairs, lift up to 25lbs
Key Responsibilities
Lease apartments and conduct tours
Support multiple communities as needed
Deliver excellent customer service
Maintain leasing files and apartment readiness
Assist with marketing and outreach
Follow Fair Housing and safety regulations
