Analyze compensation performance, attainment trends, and regional performance to provide actionable insights to sales leadership
Support the administration of variable compensation structures and ensure accuracy in data reporting for compensation payouts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend compensation mechanics that align with strategic goals
Track and report on incentive program performance, providing recommendations for optimization
Assist in audits of compensation attainment to ensure compliance with HR and legal requirements
What is Required (Qualifications)
5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Sales Compensation, or a related field
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and other business intelligence platforms
Proficiency in querying data; SQL knowledge preferred
Demonstrated ability to resolve issues creatively within compensation planning
Excellent communication skills to translate data into actionable recommendations
