What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage a book of assigned clients, ensuring they understand their benefits and compliance
Assist in the development and implementation of new benefit plans and specifications
Support client account managers and collaborate with the benefits team on compliance matters
Maintain data integrity and system functionality for all benefits-related information
Perform benefits analysis, validations, and audits to ensure quality control
What is Required (Qualifications)
A Life & Health Producer License is required
Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in lieu of a degree will be considered
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Benefits Services
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience using Prism HR to build benefit forms and validate enrollment processes
Previous payroll experience is a plus
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Passion for teamwork and collaboration
