What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as the main day-to-day contact for clients, identifying needs and prioritizing work
Oversee junior consulting staff to ensure high-quality client deliverables
Assist in new business activities, including presentations and proposal reviews
Research and present global benefit benchmarking reports to clients
Stay updated on employee benefits-related regulations and advise clients on changes
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree
8+ years of experience in insurance/group employee benefits, preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Current or prior experience in global employee benefits
Life & Health License (willingness to obtain if not currently licensed)
Strong presentation skills and ability to work at a strategic level with clients
Enthusiasm for learning and professional development
