Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dayton, OH. As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will support the development, implementation, and management of employee relations policies and practices. Your daily responsibilities will include resolving employee relations issues, addressing workplace conflicts, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Additionally, you will collaborate with management to promote a fair and inclusive work environment that fosters employee engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications
Employee relations and conflict resolution skills, with experience in managing workplace disputes and conducting investigations.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance practices to ensure adherence to regulations and company policies.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with employees and management at all levels.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess situations and propose practical solutions.
Ability to work on-site in Dayton, OH, in a collaborative and professional environment.
Prior experience in employee relations, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
