We’re looking for a
GTM
Talent Sourcer to own top‑of‑funnel pipeline generation for our Sales & Marketing hires for an AI Start up Based in NYC. This role is perfect for someone with 1–2 years’ recruiting experience in fast‑paced start‑ups or GTM‑focused agencies who wants to go deep on sourcing, market mapping, and outreach.
What you’ll do
Build and manage high‑quality top‑of‑funnel pipelines for GTM roles (AEs, SDRs/BDRs, Sales Leadership, Marketing, CS).
Partner closely with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to understand ideal candidate profiles, target companies, and territories.
Run multi‑channel sourcing campaigns (LinkedIn, boolean/x‑ray, communities, referrals, outbound campaigns) and continuously A/B test messaging.
Screen prospects for core criteria (experience, stage fit, compensation, location) before handing them to Talent Partners.
Maintain clean, accurate data in our ATS/CRM, tagging talent pools and tracking response and conversion metrics.
Provide regular market feedback on talent availability, competitor org structures, and candidate sentiment.
Support employer branding by sharing roles in relevant communities and helping to craft outbound messaging that reflects our voice.
What we’re looking for
1–2 years of experience in recruitment, ideally:
In a start‑up or scale‑up environment,
or
In a GTM‑focused recruitment agency (sales, marketing, CS).
Strong sourcing toolkit: LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean/x‑ray search, talent market research, and basic outreach sequencing.
Comfortable working in a metrics‑driven environment (pipelines, outreach volume, response and conversion rates).
Clear, confident written communication and an ability to tailor outreach to different seniority levels.
Bias for action: you enjoy experimenting, iterating quickly, and working with a high degree of ownership.
Team player who is happy being “behind the scenes” building pipeline, not closing offers day‑to‑day.
