**
Summary: **
We are looking for a well-rounded Pricing Analyst to manage customer and item-level pricing processes and support the optimization of product margins across reseller and end-user sales channels. This role plays a key part in improving profitability through data-driven pricing strategies, Price/Volume/Mix analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
The Pricing Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day execution and maintenance of pricing records and customer price levels, while developing analytical tools and insights to support margin performance, pricing decisions, and scenario modeling. Success in this role requires the ability to work cross-functionally and to manipulate and synthesize large data sets into clear, actionable information.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Own the execution of the item and customer pricing process for the global organization, including the annual pricing review exercise and the on-going execution of pricing records in our various ERP systems (primarily NetSuite)
Serve as a strategic link between Finance and the Supply Chain, Product Management, and Revenue Generation teams on the price update process
Coordinate with Purchasing and Operations Management on issues related to product cost
Partner with Supply Chain on projects aimed at reducing costs and enhancing overall margin performance
Manipulate and synthesize large, multi-entity ERP and sales/cost data sets from multiple reporting entities
Identify data anomalies and partner with the appropriate business functions to troubleshoot
Develop scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses to inform financial impact associated with changes in product input costs and/or selling prices
Track product margin performance, including ability to isolate various time, product, customer, and sales segment parameters
Report on product margins by product, sales channel, brand as well as other segmentations
Work with Senior Financial Analyst to develop and maintain dashboards to provide real-time visibility into Sales & Margin performance
Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization around customer pricing
Provide strategic insights and analytical support to help guide business decisions
Ad hoc reporting, analysis, and projects as determined by Finance leadership
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or other relevant fields of study
A minimum of 1 year of Finance experience or other relevant pricing/cost/data analytics experience
Initiative and detailed results orientation, operating with a strong sense of urgency
Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced, growing environment
Organized and can manage process improvement initiatives
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong Business Acumen, with a natural curiosity to learn key business drivers
Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
Comfortable working in a multi-national and multi-currency environment
Must be able to adapt to new and different computer programs and software to enable efficient data gathering and analysis
Strong team player able to work across multiple functions and disciplines and lead by example
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau)
Experience with ERP tools, preferred NetSuite
Travel Requirement up to 15%:
Duties & Responsibilities include a multi-site organization that will include occasional travel away from main work location.
Physical Demands:

Sedentary Work ** involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force often to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs may be defined as Sedentary when walking and standing are needed only occasionally, and all other Sedentary criteria are met.
