If you are an attorney with 3+ years of experience in general real estate transactions, including purchase and sale, joint venture and financing transactions. We seek candidates with immediately transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds. Responsibilities
Legal Research: Perform in-depth legal research and analysis to support casework, transactions, and strategic planning. Legal Writing: Prepare clear, well-reasoned, and error-free legal documents, including briefs, motions, contracts, and correspondence. Case/Transaction Management: Assist with or oversee complex cases and transactions from start to finish, including trials, negotiations, settlements, closings, and related legal activities, demonstrating sound judgment throughout. Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients by providing timely updates, guidance, and professional support. Collaboration: Partner with lawyers and business professionals to develop innovative strategies and achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
