URGENTLY HIRING – Property Manager (Multifamily Apartments) Coon Rapids, MN Meadows of Coon Rapids Apartments Monarch Investment & Management Group $60,000 – $65,000 Salary + Performance Bonuses Full-Time | Onsite | Immediate Hire

Property Manager Responsibilities:

Lead all daily operations of a multifamily apartment community

Supervise and develop onsite team members (leasing, maintenance, assistant manager)

Drive leasing performance, renewals, occupancy, and resident retention

Manage rent collections, delinquency control, and lease enforcement

Prepare and manage budgets, P&L statements, and monthly financial reporting

Control expenses and improve community profitability

Execute marketing strategies to increase qualified traffic

Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies

Oversee vendor contracts, service agreements, and invoice approvals

Maintain strong resident relations and customer service standards

✅ Qualifications – What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of multifamily property management experience (REQUIRED)

Prior experience as a Property Manager, Apartment Manager, or Community Manager

Proven leadership experience managing onsite teams

Strong understanding of Fair Housing laws and compliance

Experience with Yardi or similar property management software

Budgeting, financial reporting, and expense management experience

Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills

Ability to drive occupancy and leasing results

Compensation & Benefits (Highly Competitive): Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 annually (DOE)
