Responsibilities Initial Buyer Conversation
Speak with inbound buyers who request tours on Homa
Build trust quickly and confidently explain the Homa model
Get them signed to our Buyer Broker Agreement
Offer & Negotiation Phase
Re-engage when buyers are ready to submit an offer
Draft and structure competitive offers
Negotiate directly with listing agents
Guide buyers through strategy and pricing
Under Contract Support
Collaborate with our transaction coordinators
Negotiate inspection items when necessary
Step in strategically during escrow when expertise is required

Qualifications You might be a great fit if you:
Are licensed as a Real Estate Agent in Florida
Love talking on the phone and building rapport quickly
Are confident negotiating with listing agents
