Review loan documents to confirm the accuracy and completeness of data.
Address inquiries from borrowers, internal teams, and third parties concerning loan status and servicing matters.
Reconcile account discrepancies and resolve any servicing errors promptly.
Maintain comprehensive loan records and generate reports to facilitate audits, compliance reviews, and financial reporting.
Contribute to system upgrades, policy updates, and process enhancements related to loan servicing.
Skills
Proven experience in loan servicing, banking operations, or financial services.
Familiarity with loan servicing systems and documentation.
In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements pertinent to loan servicing and consumer finance.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a particular emphasis on Excel.
