Core Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership Management: Establish and nurture long-term referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, and senior living communities.
Business Development & Outreach: Execute a consistent schedule of site visits, sales calls, and follow-ups to secure a steady pipeline of new client referrals.
Brand Advocacy: Serve as the primary representative for the agency at health fairs, senior expos, and professional networking events to increase local brand visibility.
Market Analysis & Growth: Identify emerging business opportunities by monitoring regional market trends, competitor activity, and community needs.
Educational Programming: Conduct formal presentations and educational sessions for healthcare professionals and families regarding the benefits and scope of home care services.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal clinical and intake teams to ensure a seamless transition and superior onboarding experience for new clients.
Performance Tracking: Utilize CRM software to document referral activity, manage lead follow-ups, and report on marketing performance metrics.
Community Engagement: Develop and implement outreach initiatives that position the agency as a thought leader and trusted resource in the Northeast Ohio senior care market.
