Through RFP Homes’ training program, new agents will master real estate sales while working alongside successful professionals in a dynamic, fast-paced culture. Agents are supported by the brokerage team and benefit from managing partners, acquisitions, onboarding, continuous training, and a robust proprietary lead generation system that provides high-quality homes to sell, driving revenue for the sales team and clients alike. At RFP Homes, we specialize in sourcing and selling off-market single-family investment properties to real estate investors. As a leader in the investment brokerage industry in DFW, RFP Homes has a track record of training and mentoring new agents who often earn well into six figures within their first few years. Real estate is a risk/reward business. Those willing to take a risk, without a base salary, often out-produce peers after the first three years by a multiple of 5. Source and sell off-market single-family investment properties to real estate investors. Participate in the company’s comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training programs. Collaborate with the managing partners, acquisitions team, and brokerage staff to close deals. Build and maintain a book of investors and leverage the company’s exclusive lead generation system to drive sales. Operate in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment with no base salary, and strive toward leadership opportunities within the company. Qualifications and Qualities
