RFP Homes is seeking an ambitious and driven
Sales Agent
to join our high-growth teams in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a full-time, 1099 commission-only opportunity designed for entrepreneurial individuals eager to learn the investment real estate industry and build long-term wealth. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and building relationships with clients looking to buy and sell distressed single-family investment properties, primarily targeting real estate investors such as flippers and rental property owners. You will work on a team of 40+ agents, with the team lead being the Acquisition Agent who sources and secures the properties. You and the other sales agents on your team will be responsible for sourcing investors and clients looking to purchase single-family investment properties. You will market exclusive off-market properties to your investor clients through various channels, including cold calling, social media, email marketing campaigns, Craigslist, networking events, and other creative outreach strategies. Since these deals are not listed on the MLS, success will depend on your ability to think outside the box and proactively build your book of business. You will receive leads, hands-on training, and access to a company-supported CRM (Salesforce), along with other proprietary company-built technologies. After the first week, you will be on the phones building relationships and generating deals. Attendance at in-office meetings every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9:00 AM is highly encouraged to stay informed on new deals and opportunities rolling out that day and throughout the week. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where everyone starts in sales and has the opportunity to grow into Acquisitions or Senior Advisor roles. Required Skills and Background: Coursework takes approximately 30 days and must be completed within 45 days Please note: the cost of licensing is the candidate’s responsibility and is not covered by the company Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Dallas–Fort Worth area 100% commission-based (1099) Strong communication, resilience, and relationship-building skills Comfortable making cold calls, attending networking events, and managing investor relationships Highly motivated, coachable, and competitive Must complete a Cultural Index survey prior to interview Familiar with online marketing (Facebook, Instagram, Craigslist), cold calling, and email outreach Preferred Qualifications
Ability to manage a large database and self-generate leads Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to succeed Benefits
