What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Contact customers via phone to collect overdue payments and discuss payment arrangements

Ensure proper documentation of all customer interactions and account activities using collection software

Review delinquent accounts to determine appropriate collection strategies and escalate complex cases as necessary

Monitor payment trends and engage proactively with customers showing signs of financial difficulty

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain compliance with legal and company guidelines

What is Required (Qualifications):

High school diploma or equivalent

0-3 years of relevant work experience in collections, customer service, or a related field

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to reach mutually beneficial payment agreements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency with collection software and basic office software such as MS Office

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Previous experience managing delinquent accounts effectively

Advanced knowledge of collections processes and applicable laws related to collections

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts

Ability to handle difficult customer situations with professionalism and empathy

Goal‑oriented mindset focused on meeting or exceeding performance targets
