Sound Credit Union - Banker / Universal Associate II
Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 (Payable $500 on first paycheck, $1,000 after 6 months).
Your Compensation Target salary range $22.50 - $25.00; full range $22.50 – $27.50. Quarterly incentives tied to production goals, plus branch bonus for meeting audit.

What You’ll Do Universal Associate II Responsibilities:
Perform routine financial transactions: deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, transfers, check cashing.
Open new consumer accounts: savings, checking, money market, CDs, minor accounts, IRAs, HSAs.
Accept, review, and process consumer loans.
Requirements:
At least one year experience as a teller or equivalent customer‑facing banking experience.
Experience opening new accounts and loans required.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Additional requirements:
Must be bondable.
Employer sponsorship for employment authorization not available.
Our Hours In‑person schedule: Monday–Friday 8:45 AM–5:15 PM or 9:15 AM–5:45 PM, with rotating Saturdays 8:45 AM–1:15 PM, one day off each week.
