Job Title:
Banker / Universal Associate II – Southcenter Branch
Compensation:
Target salary $22.50 - $25.00 (range $22.50 - $27.50). Sign‑On Bonus: $1,500 ($500 on first paycheck, $1,000 after 6 months).

Responsibilities
Perform routine financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, transfers, check cashing, etc.)
Open new consumer accounts (savings, checking, money market, CDs, minor accounts, IRA, HSA, etc.)
Accept, review, and process consumer loans
Qualifications
At least one year of teller or equivalent customer‑facing banking experience
Experience opening new accounts and loans necessary
High school diploma or equivalent required
Additional Requirements
Must be bondable
Employer sponsorship for employment authorization not available
Hours:
In‑person schedule; Monday–Friday 8:45 AM‑5:15 PM or 9:15 AM‑5:45 PM with rotating Saturdays 8:45 AM‑1:15 PM and a day off during the week.
