Compensation:

$48,000 - $400,000+/year (Commission + Quarterly Profit Share)

Experience Level:

All Levels Welcome (Licensed or In-Progress)

Schedule:

Flexible, Self-Determined (Weekend Availability As Needed)

Key Responsibilities

Convert and manage high-intent real estate leads using proven systems

Conduct professional buyer and seller consultations

Guide clients through transactions with expert market knowledge

Negotiate contracts and coordinate closings

Attend weekly training and implement sales strategies

Manage client pipeline using CRM and automation tools

Build referral business and maintain long-term client relationships

Track performance metrics and adjust strategies for growth

Requirements

Active Colorado Real Estate License (or currently in licensing process)

Strong communication and follow-up skills

Coachable mindset and open to performance accountability

Comfortable with commission-based compensation

Self-starter with strong work ethic

Availability for evenings and weekends as needed

Ability to attend Colorado Springs office meetings (minimum weekly)

Reliable transportation for client showings
