This position is ideal for a driven leasing professional who thrives in a fast-paced lease-up environment and understands the urgency required to achieve aggressive occupancy targets.
Driving traffic, converting prospects to executed leases, and supporting the property through stabilization. The ideal candidate brings strong closing skills, market intelligence, and a polished customer experience approach.
The Leasing Professional is responsible for the following:
Executing lease-up strategies to meet and exceed absorption goals
Conducting professional property tours and effectively closing prospects
Managing and tracking leads through CRM systems
Maintaining strong follow-up and conversion ratios
Leveraging in-depth knowledge of Manchester and Fan rental trends, pricing, and competitors
Supporting marketing efforts, outreach initiatives, and leasing events
Ensuring lease compliance and adherence to Fair Housing standards
Delivering exceptional customer service from initial inquiry through move-in
A successful candidate should possess:
Excellent communication skills. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
Great attention to detail
Desire to work as a team with ability to work independently on occasion
Experience with property management software (Appfolio, Yardi, Tenant Turner, Knock, Property Meld, etc)
Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office, Email, Gmail/Google Workspace, and social media as it pertains to marketing of community
High school diploma (some college preferred)
Experience within the real estate industry and/or customer service or sales background
Excellent customer service and work ethic, a positive and energetic attitude, and passion for working with people!
Additional notes:
Real estate license is a nice to have
Reliable transportation required
This is a commission-based sales/marketing opportunity - weekends are required (flex time provided)
Salary: $20 per hour with opportunity for bonus & commissions
Job Location: Richmond Floater, assigned mainly to The Nest
Schedule: 35+ hours per week
