Role Description The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Licensed Real Estate Broker—whether operating as an associate broker, broker sales associate, or current broker of record—to join our Panama City Beach team in a full-time, hybrid role. This position is designed for accomplished brokers who seek greater flexibility, reduced administrative overhead, robust support, professional advancement, and the ability to focus on high-value client relationships and transactions in a collaborative, high-performance culture.
You will serve as a key leader within our brokerage, mentoring agents when desired, driving transaction excellence, and contributing to the elevation of service standards across the team.
Key Responsibilities
Expertly guide clients through complex buying, selling, and investment real estate transactions
Negotiate contracts with skill and precision while managing deals from listing to successful closing
Market and position property listings professionally to maximize exposure and results
Deliver exceptional, responsive client service with transparent and proactive communication
Maintain in-depth knowledge of Emerald Coast market trends, pricing dynamics, and local opportunities
Collaborate with agents, fellow brokers, and leadership to support mutual success and team objectives
Ensure strict adherence to Florida real estate laws, regulations, and brokerage policies
What We’re Looking For
Active Florida Real Estate Broker license (required; associate brokers, broker sales associates, and brokers of record are strongly encouraged to apply)
Substantial experience in brokerage operations, transaction oversight, and real estate leadership
Demonstrated success in developing and sustaining high-trust, long-term client relationships
Confident, results-oriented negotiator with superior verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-focused professional
Self-starter who excels independently yet thrives in a team-oriented environment
Preferred: In-depth familiarity with the Panama City Beach / Emerald Coast market
Proficiency in modern real estate tools, CRMs, transaction platforms, and digital marketing strategies
