As our Leasing Consultant, you’ll help future residents find their new home in a Dweck community. You’ll be their guide from first contact through move‑in, creating a smooth and welcoming experience.
Our leasing offices are open Monday through Saturday. Availability to work Saturdays is required, as weekends are prime leasing days with the highest prospect traffic.
As a Leasing Consultant, you will
Be the go‑to person for prospects: learn their needs and match them with the right apartment.
Schedule and host in‑person and virtual tours, showcasing our amenities and community features.
Follow up with prospective residents by phone, email, and text to keep them engaged throughout the process.
Guide applicants through the leasing process, including applications, approvals, and move‑in paperwork.
Welcome new residents on move‑in day, providing orientation and ensuring a smooth start to their experience.
Requirements
Customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required—we’ll train the right person.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work Saturdays.
