Advertise units and negotiate lease terms Perform resident screenings Act as liaison between residents and property owner Collect rent on a monthly basis and handle late payments in a timely manner Maintain property by addressing tenant complaints Coordinate maintenance schedule with Maintenance Supervisor Create, train, mentor and manage a cohesive staff Qualifications
2+ years industry experience in property management Strong interpersonal skills Proficient in computer programs, including Microsoft Office and industry software Ability to work with minimal supervision Incentives
