Create accurate, competitive bids for commercial HVAC and mechanical projects in Denver, CO
Analyze mechanical plans, specifications, and job site conditions
Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost analysis
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure pricing, equipment quotes, and rebates
Forecast labor, material costs, and revenue projections
Track, manage, and follow up on bids and change orders
Support pre-construction planning and value engineering efforts
Collaborate with project managers and field teams for seamless project handoffs
Contribute to estimating $3M or more in annual revenue

Proven ability to estimate and manage $3M or more in annual project revenue
Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, mechanical systems, and construction processes
Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints and specifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore is a plus
Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, and communication skills
CPE or CCE certification is a plus
