Position Summary Strive is seeking a confident, proactive
Leasing Manager
to lead both new construction lease‑ups and leasing of existing properties. You will take full ownership of the lead‑to‑lease process and oversee a small team of 1 to 3 leasing representatives. This is a high‑impact role that requires initiative, strong follow‑through, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities
Own the lead‑to‑lease process, including follow‑up, scheduling, and CRM activity
Tour prospective residents and communicate the value of our properties
Manage and mentor a team of 1 to 3 leasing representatives
Collaborate directly with senior leadership
Support pricing, promotions, and leasing strategies
Coordinate with marketing to generate traffic through ILS, social media, events, and digital campaigns
Monitor key performance indicators like conversion rates and leasing velocity
Stay up to date on market comps and competitor activity
Ensure Fair Housing compliance and adherence to all leasing standards
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Represent the brand confidently both in person and on camera when needed.
Qualifications
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in leasing, residential sales, or similar role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong time management and follow‑through
Comfortable using CRM tools and basic analytics to inform decisions
Experience mentoring or managing junior team members is a plus
Able to work independently and within a team
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Rhode Island Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one
Professional appearance and high level of personal accountability
