HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? Jaeger‑LeCoultre is looking for sales professionals who have a demonstrated track record in building client relationships and driving sales performance. As a Senior Sales Associate and Ambassador of the Maison, you will provide exceptional customer experience and assist with training the team by sharing sales best practices. You will set the example to achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively recruiting new clients and nurturing existing relationships.

Sales Achievement & Client Development

Develop and implement sales strategies by creating and executing plans to achieve or exceed sales targets, focusing on key client segments and product categories.

Set the tone for exceptional customer experience.

Assist with training the team by sharing sales best practices.

Cultivate strong client relationships both in and outside the boutique representing the organization.

Demonstrate ability to develop existing clientele while proactively acquiring new clientele.

Develop high watchmaking and bespoke sales.

Provide expert product knowledge and Maison history.

Assist clients with customer service needs, before or after sales.

Maintain the brand’s high standards.

Client Relationship Management

Drive client loyalty through personalized customer journeys, ensuring exceptional experiences at every touchpoint.

Maintain standards of CRM outreach for clienteling and client follow‑up.

Cultivate strong client relationships through exceptional service and Maison‑specific CRM initiatives.

Partner with management to develop tailored plans for both existing and prospective clients.

Consistently and accurately capture client data for follow‑up and relationship building, effectively utilizing available tools.

Appropriately resolve client issues/concerns and, when necessary, escallate to management.

Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategic plans for leveraging in‑store and off‑site events and networking opportunities to drive business development and client acquisition.

Daily Boutique Operations

Assist in the daily operations of the boutique and serve as a reference for operational and security procedures and policies.

Assist with daily set‑up and breakdown of the boutique.

Maintain the boutique environment by managing visual merchandising implementation and addressing any maintenance issues.

Assist in the merchandising and daily maintenance of displays and back‑stock.

Actively participate in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts to prepare and ensure full compliance.

Share improvement opportunities with the Boutique Manager to enhance client experience and increase sales.

Assist with special projects as needed (e.g., price changes, supporting back‑office responsibilities, etc.).

What About You?

5+ years previous experience in watches or high‑value luxury product sales preferred.

Exhibits critical thinking skills and is solution‑oriented.

Exceptional customer service/hospitality skills, anticipating client needs and priorities.

Leadership skills.

Excellent computer skills (SAP exposure is a plus).

Spanish strongly recommended (additional language is a plus).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.

Self‑starter with a team‑player approach.

Must be available to work retail hours including nights and weekends.
