Real Estate Sales Associate

Position Objective This position shall report directly to the Supervising Principal and shall act as the agent for the Company for the purpose of selling property and/or securities listed with the Company.

Essential Job Functions

Self‑motivation, discipline and a growth mindset with a desire to learn and follow proven systems.

Prepare all purchase contracts, listings, correspondence, memorandums, reports, and documents for the office, as approved by the Broker.

Must have open availability, including weekends and holidays.

Maintain accurate and complete files on all office business.

Handle telephone messages using proper telephone techniques.

Assist the office staff in daily business activities.

Support the interests of the Company, the Parent and all affiliated companies and subsidiaries.

Comply with all rules and regulations of all jurisdictional agencies.

Conform to all procedures and policies as set forth by the supervising principal.

Conform to all employment policies.

Obtain real estate listings and register all prospective purchasers.

Effect sales using best efforts to meet established sales quotas.

Willingness to train and qualify for a Series 22 Real Estate License (Direct participation program).

Education / Experience

This individual must have a Florida Real Estate license.

Requirements

Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.

Requires good communication skill, both verbal and written

Must possess basic computational ability

Must possess basic computer skills

Physical Demands

May be required to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours per day.

This role requires the ability to safely navigate stairs as part of regular job duties

Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. occasionally.

Requires grasping, writing, typing, standing, walking, repetitive motions, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.

Talking and hearing occur in the process of communicating with others.

Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.

Must have finger dexterity to be able to operate office equipment such as computers, printers, 10‑key adding machine, computers, multi‑line phones, filing cabinets, FAX machine, photocopiers and other office equipment as needed.

Work Environment

Must be able to work effectively in a stressful environment, communicate with others, effectively deal with customers and accept constructive criticism from peers.

Must be able to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions.
