Tri-C Construction Company, Inc. is the construction division of a well-established commercial construction and real estate development firm with a long history of successfully building and managing multifamily housing projects.

The Project Superintendent will oversee the construction from start to finish. This role includes responsibilities such as site supervision, job management, quality control, and ensuring job site safety.
Requirements Qualifications
Large-scale wood-frame construction experience required.
10 years of experience preferred.
A proven history of building strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to run the site efficiently and effectively.
Strong time management skills and problem solving are necessary.
Strong technical abilities with scheduling software. Procore experience and certifications are a plus.
Duties
Oversee daily construction activities
Adhere to the established project schedule
Maintain a safe working environment
Ensure quality control standards are met
Keep the construction site organized and clean
Complete required daily and weekly reporting
