This is a full-time, on-site Travelling Construction Superintendent role. The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities include managing and supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines, coordinating with teams and subcontractors, and maintaining project schedules. The role requires effective communication with project managers and stakeholders, as well as the ability to resolve issues promptly to ensure the smooth execution of projects.

Proven expertise in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety compliance Strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and timely delivery Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management for construction projects Excellent Organization Skills to prioritize tasks and oversee multiple aspects of a project Strong leadership, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications Proficiency in Procore is a plus Relevant certifications, such as OSHA safety compliance, are advantageous
