
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer to support technical sales efforts, drive new business growth, and strengthen customer relationships. This role blends engineering knowledge with consultative selling, requiring someone who can understand customer needs, translate technical concepts into practical solutions, and represent the company with professionalism and expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Promote company products and services, applying engineering principles to support customer needs.
Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal engineering teams regarding product applications, installation, and service.
Analyze customer requirements and prepare specifications, design recommendations, and technical proposals.
Support the development and delivery of accurate, complete, and timely proposals.
Build strong relationships with key decision‑makers and identify new business opportunities.
Conduct business ethically and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of sales experience; aerospace or industrial experience preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to travel up to 80%.
Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, or reach as required.
