They need someone to own all GTM hiring.
You’ll work directly with the founder & CRO. No layers or bureaucracy.
The Role
Hire high-performing AEs who consistently hit 120%+
Build out the SDR function with real outbound operators
Support leadership hires across Sales, RevOps and broader commercial
Create structure - scorecards, calibration, interview discipline
Keep quality high while headcount scales fast
You need to understand what a genuine revenue driver looks like.

Strong track record hiring commercial roles in NYC
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment
Able to challenge hiring managers when needed
Commercially minded - you understand ramp, quota, burn
