Our partnering facility is seeking a qualified Contract Recruiter to join their team based in the TriStar Division in Nashville, Tennessee. Must have reliable transportation to attend onsite events within the local region and reside in the Nashville area. Travel: 1-2 times per quarter to the Nashville Corporate office.
Responsibilities
The Contract Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, recruiting and placing USA-domestic clinical permanent staff for HCA and external across the assigned division. Build a pool of passive and active candidates for facilities through referrals from the sourcing team, as well as through other recruitment sources identified by the Recruiter. Conduct recruitment in an efficient, time-sensitive, productive, and cost-effective manner in coordination with the manager's efforts. Provide information to candidates concerning position requirements, client hospital attributes, onboarding process, credentialing and community offerings.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Minimum 3-5 years proven track record of success in high-volume, sales/production recruiting in hospital healthcare, including sourcing/recruiting for AI, Machine Learning, Clinical Analyst, Change Management, Data Science. Familiar with Digital Transformation and Innovation. Experience with ATS/CMS systems Critical thinking and ability to multi-task with multiple priorities High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Ability to work independently and in a team environment Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with client management experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and adapt to continuous transformations, new platforms, AI tools, and hiring models Productive and efficient in planning and executing work with multiple projects/priorities Proactive, self-motivated and able to embrace continuous change
