What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Handle and respond to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries with care
Complete sales by generating quotes, costs, and overall coverage for customers
Provide excellent customer service through active listening and communication
Manage confidential customer information with sensitivity
Exercise retention efforts and communicate appropriately with customers
What is Required (Qualifications)
Active Resident Property & Casualty Producer license in good standing
Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required
Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to type at least 25 words per minute and comfortable with desktop computer systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Sales experience is preferred
Previous experience in a customer service role
Familiarity with Windows-based systems
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with team members
