A rapidly scaling, venture‑backed healthcare technology company is seeking its first in‑house Recruiter to build and lead talent acquisition across engineering, go‑to‑market, and operations. With strong product‑market fit, this is a rare opportunity to architect a recruiting function from the ground up while partnering directly with executive leadership.
This position blends strategy and execution. You’ll own full‑cycle recruiting while designing scalable hiring infrastructure that supports growth from ~30 employees to 50+ and beyond. You’ll shape employer brand, develop talent pipelines, and implement systems that enable long‑term hiring success.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end‑to‑end hiring across multiple functions and levels
Lead intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, closing, and onboarding handoff
Proactively source talent through LinkedIn, referrals, events, and creative outreach
Build and nurture pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Partner closely with hiring leaders to define role profiles and hiring strategies
Provide data‑driven insights and market intelligence
Position the organization as an employer of choice in competitive markets
Build scalable recruiting processes, metrics, and tools
Reduce reliance on agencies through strong internal sourcing capability
Qualifications
4+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in high‑growth tech environments
Proven success hiring across multiple functions, including technical roles
Strong sourcing and closing skills with passive candidates
Experience building recruiting systems in fast‑paced organizations
Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and communication skills
Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Ashby) and sourcing tools
Experience building recruiting functions from scratch
Background in VC‑backed SaaS companies
Experience in organizations scaling headcount rapidly
Track record of attracting talent from competitive markets
