
About the Role
GOLFZON America is seeking a Marketing Co-Op to support the team during maternity leave coverage. This role is execution-focused and ideal for a soon-to-be graduate seeking hands-on experience in sports technology marketing. This position is designed to provide operational support and budget tracking assistance — not strategic decision-making or independent budget management.
Description Time Frame: July – December
Department: Marketing
Reports to: Director of Content
Key Responsibilities Activations & Partnerships
Support fulfillment of existing, contracted partnerships
Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met
Own asset coordination
Budget Tracking
Log and maintain marketing spend in the team budget tracker
Ensure accurate categorization of expenses
Flag discrepancies or overspend risks
Media & Ad Planning Support
Coordinate creative asset creation and delivery to existing media partners
Track deadlines and deliverables
Assist with campaign reporting and documentation
Marketing Operations
Provide general team support
Provide marketing support to commercial customers
Help route questions to appropriate stakeholders
Assist with documentation and internal organization
PGA Show Support
Assist in the execution of the pre-planned strategy
Coordinate vendors and internal stakeholders
Support logistics, creative deadlines, and timelines
Work closely with other marketing and operations team members and support as needed
Requirements Basic Qualifications
December 2026 graduate preferred
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Accounting, Communications, or a related field
Extremely strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Skilled in Canva and creating/designing ad materials
Comfortable working in spreadsheets and tracking budgets
Adequate in using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Business Suite, Dropbox, Monday.com, and Salesforce, a plus
Interest in golf, sports marketing, or technology is a plus
